I've finally arrived in New Zealand!!!

After many long agonizing hours in the sky i finally landed at 5:10am this morning my time. Customs took an additional 2 hours and I've finally just touched down at my  hostel. Oh the joys of traveling...



 At first when i go onto my flight i thought i'd feel so alone but i was instantly greeted by a lovely Australian couple whose just gotten back from touring South America. They were both very polite and extremely friendly while they told me that they've never been to NZ. I didn't happen to catch their names but they stayed with me till after the flight and we had to separate. If i ever see them again i'll know i'm in very safe humorous hands. I hope i see you guys again someday in the future. .

After leaving the airport and catching a bus to my hostel i realized that i completely suck at following any kinds of directions and promptly got myself extremely lost. Whilst i wondered for about an hour i swallowed my pride and began to ask for help. Help was received! While stopping to take a picture of this beautiful outward expression of art a man asked if i needed assistance. He was very kind, as are all people I've met here. The kind man walked me all the way up to the front desk of my hostel before saying his goodbyes. Very much looking forward to my next adventure. 

I was told my room would not be accessible till 12:30pm so i have roughly 2.5 hours to roam aimlessly among the city streets.
